It was Pam Worner’s specific knowledge that allowed us to exceed our expected 1-star rating and through her assistance the project received a 4-star Built Green rating!

Pam has real life building experience, not just text book knowledge. I found her direction to be sensible and realistic. She still remains easily reachable and responsive to her customer’s needs. During inspections she was courteous, helpful and offered immeasurable advice. She actively participated throughout the entire construction process and became a member of our team. It’s obvious that she has a genuine passion for Built Green projects.
